Common questions

How long does a Revview take?
It depends on how you submit. Queue submissions are typically returned within 4-12 hours: a coach claims your footage and gets to work right away. If you submit directly to a specific coach, they have up to 36 hours to deliver your Revview.
How much does it cost?
Revviews are purchased with credits. Credit bundles are available in various packages: credits expire only after 9 months. New customers can try their first Revview for $7 USD.
What sports are available?
Revview currently supports personal training. More sports will be added as we grow.
Is my video private?
Yes. Your footage is only visible to you, and the coach that accepts your submission. It is never shared publicly.
Can I submit from a phone?
Yes. Revview works in your mobile browser: you can upload directly from your camera roll.
How do I know my coach will do a good job?
Coach quality is tracked through star ratings after every Revview. Coaches who fall below 3 stars are contacted directly and given a set number of Revviews to improve. If they do not, their accounts are paused. You can also see a coach's rating on their profile before you submit.
What if I am not happy with my Revview?
If you have a concern about a Revview, email us at support@revviewapp.com, and we will make it right.
