Film your training, send it to a corrective exercise coach, and get your video back with timestamped notes, drawings and voice comments.
A corrective exercise coach looks for movement patterns that may be behind discomfort or imbalance, and suggests exercises to address them.
Revview feedback is coaching, not medical advice. If you have an injury, a health condition or are pregnant, check with your doctor or physiotherapist before changing your training.

A squat, lunge and hinge from the front and side. The movement that feels off or uneven. Your current corrective routine. Film in good light with your whole body in frame. A phone video is all you need.
Videos sent to the queue are usually claimed and reviewed within 4 to 12 hours. If you choose a specific coach, they have up to 36 hours to send your Revview.
Revviews are paid for with credits. A short Revview (videos up to 5 minutes) is 2 credits, and your first Revview is $7 USD.
