Super Coach

Hi I am Tamara and Fitness has been a part of my life since childhood, from being a professional gymnast to competing on my high school swim team. For the past 8 years, powerlifting and strength training have completely transformed not only my body, but also my mindset. Through weightlifting, I’ve learned the true meaning of discipline, consistency, and showing up for yourself, even on the days when it feels hard. For me, the gym is more than just a place to build muscle or transform my physique. It’s my safe space, my therapy, and where I build mental strength just as much as physical strength. I’ve experienced firsthand what dedication and consistency can achieve, and I’m passionate about helping others discover their own strength, build confidence, and achieve their fitness goals. My mission is to inspire others to become stronger, both physically and mentally, and to fall in love with the process, not just the results.

Questions

What should I film for powerlifting feedback?

How long does it take?

Videos sent to the queue are usually claimed and reviewed within 4 to 12 hours. If you choose a specific coach, they have up to 36 hours to send your Revview.

How much does it cost?

Revviews are paid for with credits. A short Revview (videos up to 5 minutes) is 2 credits, and your first Revview is $7 USD.

Is my video private?

Yes. Only you and the coach who reviews it can see your video. It is never shared publicly.
