Super Coach

I’m the founder and head coach of X3 Training, where I coach cyclists and triathletes. My focus is where strength meets endurance: using resistance training to build durability, protect against injury, and help athletes hold power late in long events. I’m a certified kettlebell instructor and host of the Endurance Innovation podcast, and I keep strength work simple, efficient, and built around your training week.

How long does it take?

Videos sent to the queue are usually claimed and reviewed within 4 to 12 hours. If you choose a specific coach, they have up to 36 hours to send your Revview.

How much does it cost?

Revviews are paid for with credits. A short Revview (videos up to 5 minutes) is 2 credits, and your first Revview is $7 USD.

Is my video private?

Yes. Only you and the coach who reviews it can see your video. It is never shared publicly.
